Transfer Ergo YOROI to CoinEx - HELP

Hello!

Saturday June 5, 2021 I made a transfer from my YOROI wallet to my CoinEx account, I was debited however the credit so far has not fallen into the CoinEx account. In the transaction ID detail it reports: Not spent. Do you know what procedure I should take?

Please contact Coinex support, for some reason their system did not collect the deposit it seems
