Missing funds and cannot receive to new wallet

Iam currently missing 12 ERGO from my account. One instance of 9 ERGO and another of 3 ERGO,

I last sent ERGO to a new wallet (address is correct) yesterday 11 May 2022 01:02. This initially showed as failed but went through. I resync’d my Yoroi wallet incase there was a fault. Then I attempted to send more ERGO. Each time I attempt to send ERGO, Yoroi is stuck on Submitted. Hours have passed since I last checked.

What is happening, or am I doing something wrong?

I am also not able to transmit normally.

Please stop using Yoroi. It is a broken wallet.
