ERGO Full Node Setup Question

I recently found a box of old DELL 3020 PCs and was wondering if these would work well for Full Nodes. The specs for each machine are,

Intel Core I3-4160T (Dual Core 3.1GHz 3MB w/HD4400 Graphics)

4 GB RAM* (Easily Upgraded to 8 GB or 16GB)

500 GB HDD

Worth the time? Each machine uses a 65W power adapter. I have about 20 or so. I think it would be a fun project while the rigs are down. To HOT here in California.

My plan is to run a node and begin playing with the code at some point.

It wouldn’t hurt, for sure, and if the different full nodes are on separate bandwidth/power, that would also be good.
