ERG Mining and/or Node on M1 mac computer

Does anyone have experience running a node wallet or mining Ergo on an M1 mac computer?

I’d like to set something up and I’m hoping you all can point me in the right direction. Is there an M1 Mac option? perhaps a virtual Windows workaround?

No mining on M1 available - not unless someone writes a program for it.

Best option is probably TURTL on XMRig. You can run a node wallet though
