Hi, i tried to redeem sigusd for erg and the usd was transferred but never received the erg. Can someone cancel the smart contract?

Assuming your using the sigusd website. Use the refund option in the menu, if you’re getting minimal ERG value not met you need to send the proxy (long address) 0.01 erg and then refund.
Also note, people seem to have less issues using places like tokenjay or minatour to interact with the bank vs the sigusd site: SigmaUSD - ErgoDocs
