Any one using RX570 8G for Ergo ? need some help on the NBminer

Hi All, I am using RX570 8GB for Ergo, it is little bit over 48 M. i am using NBminer.

what is the setting to show the status like power, ctmp,mtmp…?
and how to get better hashrate? thank you all
