I reconnected to my Ergo wallet and found out that no more funds left . Anyone know why this would happen ? How can i restore the balance ? Tokens were only stored as savings , no transfers were made

which wallet did you use? Would you have your address, you can double check if they are still in the wallet or see what happened to them by entering it into the explorer: https://ergexplorer.com/.
Also, please be careful who you contact, like twitter support, there are many scammers out there who will pretend to be support.
