Error: We haven't seen that IP for your address

Hi, i am new in this world.

When i click on [Pending Balance] on page https://ergo.herominers.com/
and then when I type ip in [Miner IP address:]
I get [ Error: We haven’t seen that IP for your address]

I use IP from myip, i try IP from CMD ipconfig and always the same Error.
This is because i have dinamic IP…i guess, how can i fix it?

After i post this, i tried again, and it works :confused:
Why he works now and didn’t want to work before ?
