On Jan 18, 2022 f2pool decided to suspend Ergo pool due to an abnormality in the Ergo node and recommend miners to switch to another coin until resolved. Does anyone have anymore information surrounding this abnormality f2pool speak of thanks.

Could be them anticipating the potentially new emission protocol.
anetaBTC held an airdrop event yesterday to distribute 5000 transactions bundled into one.
This transaction, when included in the block and then mined, ended up causing exhaustion on the P2P layer.
The fix is now being rolled out to pools and Kushti has provided information the regarding issue.
